By purchasing products through Cendani online, in-store or delivery, you are agree to the following terms:


            Product prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), price is included GST and exclude delivery charges. Price stated in our website or listings are subject to change without any prior notice. Purchase made after price change will follow new price stated in website or listing.


                Payment must be made in full through online banking transfer or direct deposit or in-store. The bank details is provided on the invoice. 1% surcharge will apply if payment made by eftpos, no amex accepted. Incomplete or partial payment will not be accepted.


  1. Processing of orders occurs during business hours of 9am through 4pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, excluding weekend and public holidays in Australia. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will not be processed until the next business day.

  2. A correct delivery address, contact number, email and prove of payment are required for order processing.

  3. If your order is for a product that is out of stock, we will notify you and offer the option of a substitute product (which may be a different price) and we will postpone your delivery order until all items can be send or cancel your order. If you choose to take a substitute Product, your order will be amended and a new acknowledgment will be send to you via email for processing approval.

  4. An email or message will be send when your order is ready.

  5. For pick up at our warehouse from Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm.
    Please note; Saturday 9am - 1pm by appointment only.

  6. Notice of transit damage or missing items must be made to Cendani's sales representative within 24 hours after delivery of the order, otherwise the product will be agreed and accepted in a good condition.


             All goods purchased will be dispatched within 1-2 working days otherwise as agreed. Please note, rural areas may add an additional day to delivery time frames. Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.


Delivery Address

                 For the security of any delivery we strongly recommend a delivery address where someone is in attendance with agreed time frame between to receive the goods. If no one available in attendance to receive the goods, please give us authority to leave the order, such as: “leave at back steps, on veranda, behind gate etc”.


What is an “Authority to Leave”?

An authority to leave without someone attendance. This means that if no one available at the premises, the delivery company has the authority to leave the goods without an attendance.

In this instance, neither Cendani nor the Delivery Company will not accept any responsibility for the continued safe custody of the goods or its security and no proof of delivery shall be required to be supplied.

Once an order has been dispatched, Cendani is unable to amend delivery location or redirect products.


Product Finishing & Pictures

    Image of each product In-Stock in our website is as described. However, the re-production of colour may differ from reality due to the light and condition when the picture is taken. You may request additional picture of each item in stock by contacting us at admin@cendani.com.au or contact 1300 067 888.

Damage Claims

              Cendani prides itself in supplying Sustainable and Eco-friendly home decor material such as bamboo and reclaimed wood wall panel. We are very careful in selecting the highest quality natural products. 

                Keep in mind that you have purchased a natural product and it has natural limitations. Sizing, slight colour variations especially due to exposure to sunlight and ultra violet rays, knots, grain variation, gum/sap marks and mineral marks will occur. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

                 It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery. If a defect is apparent, please contact sales admin in charge on 0404 453 999 within 24 hours after delivery and the claim must be submitted after a delivery was made.

It is up to the discretion of Cendani to arrange a replacement of refund.  This policy does not apply to any products that sold as sale items, which are sold “as is”.

Cancellations, Returns, & Exchanges  

          Orders can be cancelled without penalty by written request prior to the order leaving our warehouse. No return or exchanges are permitted after the goods has been in the customer premises for 48 hours, unless manufacture defects appears.

                We reserves the right to discontinue Products without notice. No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.


            Cendani has been the official regional distributor in Sydney for wood wall  panel Haradeco brands. Cendani guarantees that ALL BRANDS Products sold in our website is 100% AUTHENTIC and made exclusively by the Brand Manufacturers.

          Cendani products is warranted against all manufacturing defects only for 24 months from promised delivery date. This warranty does not extend to Shrinkage and expanded of the wood due to relative humidity of the environment and this warranty does not extend to damage resulting from accident made by buyers fault, alteration, misuse, negligence, installation mistake or ordinary wear and tear.
